Shipping
Free shipping for all US-based orders over $40 via US priority shipping.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
* 2-3 Days is our priority standard delivery
* Free for all orders $40.00 and over
* USPS Express 1-2 days is the delivery time
 
Approx. additional $25.00 per order (varies by location)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
*  All International shipments are shipped via USPS Express Mail International
* $39.95 Flat Rate
* Delivery in 3-5 business days, exceptions may be due to customs clearance

Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 24-72 hours [1-3 working days] from receipt. We will try and contact you by the telephone number on the order if a long delay is expected due to a back order from the manufacturer or distributor.

Damaged Items
Contact our office within 3 days to report any damage. It is necessary for you to call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.  All orders carry a $100.00 insurance on the products shipped per box. If you wish to add additional insurance you may for an added cost at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. For that reason, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges should you be displeased with your order. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY OBAGI PRODUCTS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY OPENED PRODUCTS.
