Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 24-72 hours [1-3 working days] from receipt. USPS Priority service will be used unless otherwise requested.
Damaged Items
Contact our office within 3 days to report the damage. It is necessary for you to call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.
