Biotene H-24
Natural Conditioner (pH 5.3) is an extra rich, highly concentrated treatment for
the hair. It contains all 22 amino acids to help improve the tensile strength of
the hair and is fortified with panthenol to thicken each strand of hair. After
conditioning, your hair will be in a state to receive the maximum benefits from
Phase III.
Ingredients: Deionized Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol,
Dicetyldimonium Chloride, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Cetearyl Alcohol,
Ceteareth-20, Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans, Biotin, Niacin, (Vitamin B3),
Panthenol (provitamin B5), Hydrolyzed Keratin, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Hydrolyzed
RNA, Hydrolyzed DNA, Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin
D3), Cysteine HCI, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Corn Oil, propylene Glycol,
Quaternium-15, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Fragrance, Caramel, Annatto. pH
balanced.
Mill Creek Biotene H-24® Conditioner Directions
Always shampoo first with Biotene H-24 Natural Shampo Phase
I, as these products have been formulated to work as a complete hair maintenance
program. Massage conditioner through your hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse.
Follow with Biotene H-24 Scalp Emulsion Phase III.
